Who we are
The applications are provided by Ömer Uyar, trading as Ozecca, a sole proprietorship registered in Istanbul, Türkiye ("Ozecca", "we"). Contact: hello@ozecca.com.
Access
The applications are private. Access is by invitation and may be withdrawn at any time. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and devices secure and for what is done through your account. A parent or guardian who creates a child's profile in Quests is responsible for that profile.
Your content
What you enter stays yours. You give Ozecca only the permission needed to store and process it in order to run the application for you. You can export your data at any time and delete your account; how data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
AI features and decisions
Opinions, summaries and suggestions produced by AI features are information generated by a model from the data you provided. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax or medical advice, may be wrong, and are no substitute for a qualified adviser. Decisions you take remain your own.
Acceptable use
Do not use the applications to break the law, to store content you have no right to, to attack or overload the service, or to reverse-engineer it. Do not share your account.
Availability and changes
The applications are offered as they are, in private beta, without a guaranteed level of availability. Features may change or be withdrawn. We will give reasonable notice before closing an application and will make your data available for export.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Ozecca is not liable for indirect losses or for losses arising from decisions you take on the basis of information in the applications. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights of consumers under mandatory law.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change in a way that matters, we tell signed-in users inside the application and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
